Delete your account in the Harage app

1. Open the Harage app and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the notice and confirm your deletion request.

Account deletion cannot be completed while you have a pending purchase, sale, return, payment, pickup or delivery matter. Resolve the pending transaction first, then submit the request again.

If you cannot use the app

Email customer.support@harage.com from the email address connected to your Harage account and ask for account deletion. You may include the phone number connected to the account so the support team can locate it. Harage may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.

What deletion removes or deactivates

The deletion process removes or deactivates account access, profile information, saved addresses, carts, notifications, login sessions and tokens, and the account profile image where present. Your email address and phone number are released from the active account so they are no longer available for signing in to it.

What Harage may retain

Account deletion does not erase every record immediately. Harage retains purchase, seller-submission, return and payment records, together with limited identifiers in the deleted-account record, where needed for legal and accounting records, audits, fraud prevention, disputes, customer support and marketplace operations.

Recovery copies and technical records may remain for longer than active account data. Harage does not currently apply one automatic deletion deadline to every retained record. Retained information is not used to restore access to the deleted account.
